Dawn, a graduate in the Hotel and Food Administration program from the University of Guelph has 10 years of experience in the industry, working at Oakwood Resort, Fellini's, Kelsey's and Boston Pizza. With baking being her real passion, she has completed several Wilton Cake Decorating courses to further her pastry talents.
Rupert is a business graduate from Humber College, and has received a chef's education from the Culinary Institute of America. He has 25 years of experience as a General Manager and Executive Chef at Planet Hollywood, Rainforest Cafe, Moxie's, Milestones, Chi-chi's, Koo Ka Roo California Kitchen, and Kennedy's Catering to name a few.
